What do you sell?
Sarcastic office-humor tees, mugs, desk gear—and fresh-roasted, made to order coffee.

Are items made to order?
Yes. We produce on demand to reduce waste. Production is 2–5 business days, then it ships.

How long does shipping take?
Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after production. You’ll get tracking the moment it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yep—free US shipping on $75+ after discounts.

Will my order ship together?
Maybe not. Tees/mugs/coffee can ship from different facilities, so you may get separate packages & tracking.

Can I change/cancel my order?
There’s a short window. Email support@theofficeburnout.com within 2 hours of purchase with your order # and the requested change. After production begins, changes aren’t guaranteed.

What’s your return policy?

• Apparel & Mugs: 30-day returns/exchanges if unworn/unused.

• Coffee: Perishable = final sale. If it arrived damaged or there’s a quality issue, we’ll replace/refund—just email us with photos within 7 days.

My item arrived damaged—help!
Email support@theofficeburnout.com with your order # and photos within 7 days. We’ll make it right.

Sizing?
Tees are Bella+Canvas 3001 (unisex, retail fit). If between sizes, most folks size up. A full size chart is on each product page.

Care instructions?

• Tees: Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low.

• Mugs: Dishwasher & microwave safe.

• Desk gear: Spot clean only.

Do you ship internationally?
At launch we’re US-only. International coming soon.
